The Foundation’s mission stems from a belief that, by creating a positive, healthy environment for young parents, they will be better equipped to raise a healthier, more stable family, and change the future for their children. By providing a good start in life for babies, the Foundation enables these men and women of the future to more easily handle the challenges they will face, and the opportunity to change Dominican society for the better.
We believe psychological healing is also a priority. As the parents of these children don’t have sufficient mental or financial resources to invest in their mental health, we offer a spiritual foundation. We believe that, with God’s word as guidance, they will be able to continue a successful recovery. As a consequence, they will be able to raise a healthier, more stable family themselves, and give the best possible start in life to the children who were entrusted to them.
